We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Plant Manager to lead all day-to-day plant operations in a fast-moving, consumer-focused manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can balance hands-on operational execution with long-term growth planning, while developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement. 

About The Role

As Plant Manager, you will oversee all plant operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and performance initiatives. You will play a key leadership role in driving profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable growth while ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.

This position requires a seasoned professional who thrives in complex, branded environments and can effectively manage seasonality, multiple priorities, and evolving competitive demands.

What You'll Do 

  • Lead and manage all daily plant operations, processes, and administrative activities.
  • Develop and implement plant strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Prepare and report timely, accurate operational and financial performance reports.
  • Direct strategic planning and annual budgeting, including capital expenditures and ROI analysis.
  • Drive cost control, revenue growth, profitability, and value creation initiatives.
  • Oversee operational activities to support customer demands and future business expansion.
  • Lead change initiatives while respecting company heritage and culture.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor, develop, and inspire employees in their personal and professional growth.
  • Anticipate operational challenges and proactively implement solutions.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (required)
  • 10+ years of progressive plant management experience
  • Background in food, beverage, or consumer-oriented manufacturing environments
  • Experience managing branded and private label products (preferred)
  • Experience in highly seasonal operations (preferred)
  • Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and quantitative analysis capability
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development expertise
  • Knowledege of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with production scheduling, project management, and technical operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Strong integrity, judgment, and change management capabilties
