In this pivotal role, you'll manage the end-to-end supply chain for your assigned business unit, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments, from customer interactions to supplier partnerships. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead with authority and insight, ensuring every link in our supply chain is stronger and more efficient. 

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • End-to-End Process Ownership: Lead and manage supply chain processes across departments, aligning customer needs with supplier capabilities.
  • Optimization Guru: Streamline information flow, from sales forecasting to production planning and purchasing.
  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Drive demand and supply planning, decision-making, and balancing to meet company goals.
  • Problem Solver: Manage bottlenecks, address capacity gaps, and adapt to significant shifts in demand (like major customer wins or losses).
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze and prepare data to support smart, informed supply chain decisions.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Develop and maintain a local SCM KPI system focusing on availability, inventory, and on-time delivery.
  • Intercompany Collaboration: Handle intercompany network topics and purchases, ensuring smooth operations during bottlenecks.
  • Inventory Strategy: Plan and implement inventory strategies based on demand and capacity forecasts.
  • SAP:  Improve key SAP supply chain functionalities, particularly in PP and MM modules.
  • Short-Term Production Planning: Own short-term forecasting to keep production on track.
  • Flexibility: Take on other duties as needed to support the team and company goals. 

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced logistics knowledge and experience with inventory optimization and planning strategies.
  • Strong expertise in supply chain theory, production processes, capacity analysis, and manufacturing footprint planning.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations, ISO, and GMP standards.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
  • Exceptional analytical, mathematiccal, and communication skills.
  • A track record of driving process improvements.
  • A valid driver's licence.
